Lovely central small hotel

Central but quiet location with parking within 10 mn walking distance. The receptionist was very helpful and changed our room from the ground floor to the upper floor. The room was spacious, light and with a balcony. Lovely central patio.

The room allocated to us on the ground floor was small and dark .

Confortable, peaceful stay

The property is located in a perfect area for walking, sightseeing & shopping. 2 of the 3 staff we encountered during our few day staff, were super attentive, friendly!! Comfortable bedding & quiet at most times. Note that there is no restaurant at the hotel. Great eateries & snack options are seconds away on foot, so covenient. The staff graciously allowed us an early checkout which was incredible, Thankyou!! Shower was hot, consistent water which isn’t always easy a find.

Great customer service!

The hotel's customer service was really good. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We were listened to and our requests were answered. The location of the hotel is great. Our room was spacious and had a great view of a park. Bed was comfortable. The room included heating, which is something you will need in Querétaro in December.

Adjusting the water in the shower was challenging. The water came out of the shower either too hard or too hot/cold. It took time to get it right.

I have been in this place many times and never dissapoint me, it is very well located .

Love this place, the design, the architecture is lovely.

I like everything, It will be nice have a coffe at the entrance in the morning :) ( nice to have)

Charming hotel with welcoming staff

The property is charming and in the beautiful Central historic district of Querétaro. It is in walking distance of museums, churches, restaurants etc. The staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly . The room was clean and comfortable and a nice size room for our family of four for our one night stay in Querétaro. The hotel is serene. The courtyards of the hotel are pretty and have lovely seating areas for relaxing.

Great Hotel and staff in fantastic location, would stay again!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, loved being right on the plaza. The room was the prefect size and had plenty of power sockets for charging of devices, great wifi, ac, and the appreciated morning coffee maker. All the staff were fantastic and very helpful with tips on sightseeing, places to eat and the history of the city. Staff reserved a taxi to the airport for me. The room was tidy and organized.

The bed was a little hard for me, could have had another set of drawers for clothes and the floor was dirty bring house shoes.

Had a great time- they were able to extend our stay without hassle.

Mariano was a fantastic help finding good restaurants and just being generally positive and welcoming.

Room number 5 had a “screaming” toilet and an unsavory smell that emanated from the un-trapped shower drain which there was a cover for.
